Press Express ("we", "us", "our") provides laundry, washing and ironing pickup and delivery services across Abu Dhabi. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our app, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and pickup/delivery addresses. When you place orders we store order details, scheduling, service selections, and any special instructions. If you subscribe to a plan we store your subscription and billing history. We also collect photos related to your order (for example quality-check or delivery-proof photos).
How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and fulfil pickups and deliveries, process payments, manage your subscription, communicate order updates and reminders, handle complaints and support requests, and improve our service. We may send you service-related notifications about your orders.
Payments
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain records of transactions (amount, date, status, reference) for accounting and support.
Sharing your information
We share your information only as needed to provide the service: with our drivers and laundry partners to fulfil your order, with our payment provider to process payments, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which removes your personal data subject to records we must retain by law.
Your rights
You can access and update your profile information in the app, request account deletion, and contact us to ask about the data we hold. To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app support screen or email us.
