Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Press Express app and services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The service
Press Express offers laundry, washing and ironing pickup and delivery within our current service area (Abu Dhabi). Service availability, time slots, and turnaround times may vary and are shown in the app at the time of booking.
Subscriptions and fair use
Subscription plans cover normal everyday clothing such as shirts, t-shirts, trousers, dresses, and similar daily wear. Special garments, heavy items, bedding, curtains, carpets, dry cleaning, and non-standard items may be charged separately. Plans are for typical personal laundry volumes; excessive or commercial use may require an upgrade or additional charges.
Billing
Subscription plans are billed monthly. Plan changes may take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Single pickup orders are priced based on the items collected, and the final price is confirmed after collection. Extra charges (for special items or issues found during quality checks) may apply and will be shown to you.
Cancellations and changes
You can request to pause, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the app. Some changes may require review. You can cancel an individual order subject to its status at the time of the request.
Care of garments
We take reasonable care of your items and carry out quality checks. Some pre-existing conditions (stains, wear, damage, or delicate materials) may not be fully treatable. We are not liable for damage arising from inherent characteristics of a garment or from care instructions not followed by the manufacturer.
Complaints and refunds
If something goes wrong, raise a complaint through the app. We investigate each case and may offer a resolution such as a re-clean, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion and based on the circumstances.
Account and conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
